We understand that every client has a unique vision and set of priorities when it comes to building their dream home. To accommodate these differences, we offer three distinct contract options designed to provide flexibility and clarity throughout the building process.

This option works best for the homeowner that needs to know their bottom line price. We will obtain bids for all construction items and then the price is locked in. You will be given an allowance for certain selections (appliances, lighting & plumbing fixtures, etc.), this and any changes made from the plans are your variances to this option. It’s a great option for those who are financing and need a solid number.

FIXED FEE

This option will entail a strict set of specifications (roof type, exterior masonry, windows, etc.) that will allow us to get firm bids for your project. There will be allowances made for several items that you would choose during the building process (plumbing fixtures, appliances, lights, flooring etc.).

PLUS

This option works well for the homeowner that wants to be involved throughout the building process. We will obtain bids for each budget item for your review. You will be provided a spreadsheet of expenses allowing you to follow with your budget. Your final price will be determined by the total cost plus our building fee.
