We understand that every client has a unique vision and set of priorities when it comes to building their dream home. To accommodate these differences, we offer three distinct contract options designed to provide flexibility and clarity throughout the building process.
If you have questions about which contract option is right for you, we invite you to contact us. We’re happy to guide you and help you choose the approach that best fits your goals.
This option will entail a strict set of specifications (roof type, exterior masonry, windows, etc.) that will allow us to get firm bids for your project. There will be allowances made for several items that you would choose during the building process (plumbing fixtures, appliances, lights, flooring etc.).
